Alron Homes, owned by Al and Aaron Miller, is an Amish-owned, custom home-building business based in Middlefield, Ohio, which has been building homes for more than 20 years. As young men, they framed homes with their father. 6 years ago, they established a building company, and today Alron homes is been building up to 40 homes per year.
Alron Homes serves Geauga and the surrounding areas using only the highest-quality materials and craftmanship. They believe that by keeping overhead costs low and using quality materials, you as their customer receive the greatest value.
With Alron Homes, you have the option to work from their unique plans. Provide a plan yourself or custom design a completely unique home. Alron Homes frequently has model homes for viewing, just ask.
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE
At Alron Homes, we offer an in-house, computerized CAD designing system, allowing customization of your home plans. Should you choose to use an in-house plan, any desired changes made prior to finalizing will be included free of charge. All plans can be altered to accommodate changes, ie: expanding/ adding rooms, adding sunrooms, fireplaces, in-law suites, finished walk-out basements, moving walls and/or rearranging within the plans, etc. Everything is possible.
Alron Homes will even help with funding by suggesting reputable lending options, if you decide to finance your new home. You choose where you want to build, and Alron Homes will do the rest, and then hand you the keys to your brand-new home!
